    Less battle. More balance.

***Material is most applicable to children between the ages of 5 and 13.

    Does this sound familiar?

    • Things like mornings, homework, bedtime, or getting out the door can turn into battles.

    • There's so much information available about ADHD but you don't know where to start.

    • Your child can hyperfocus for hours on one thing, but getting through a simple task or routine feels impossible.

    • You feel like you’re always reminding, prompting, negotiating, repeating yourself, or managing the next thing.

    • You want fewer battles without lowering every expectation.

ADHD Family Lab gives you an actual framework for understanding what’s happening, trying new approaches, and building the right formula for your family.
